TERMS OF SALE

A) Orders:

All orders are placed on-line. Orders is processes as soon as the costumer receives a cofimation email of the it.
On receipt of the order confirmation, the costumer is obligated to verify the summary data and communicate proumptly any mistake or discrepancy.

B) Prices and Invoices:
All prices are expressed in euro and include Vat and packing.
Products prices and promotional offers are subjected to changements periodically, for this reason the company “Bel Sapore” reserves the right to make changes with no notice.
If a price has been posted incorrectly, “Bel Sapore” reserves the right to renounce the sale.
For costuments in possesion of P.IVA ( VAT code) an invoice will be issued and sended by email.

C) Payments:
The payment of the good can be made as following:

• Advanced bank transfer. Information for this tranfers are detailed inside the order’s confirmation email.
• Credit Card, using the secure online payment circuit of the UNICREDIT Bank;
• Pay Pal;

D) Transportation:
Orders travel under the responsability of the company “Bel Sapore”;
Goods are shipped with carrier UPS throughout the world.
Goods are delivered to the carrier for shipping:

• within 24 hours from the order confirmation if all the products are on stock;
• withing 5 working days from the order confirmation if one or more items are not on stock.

The availability of the products on the warehouse is showed while the order is getting placed.
The final delivery can be done to a different address from the costumer, if during the placement of the order the second address is specifyed.
To avoid inconvinience, please provide an address where there is always someone that can collect the goods.
If during the delivery the pack presents obvious signs of tampering or fluid leak, please do not accept the goods and write on the transportation document: “With reserve”. We will then arrange to return the damaged packs and re-send your order.
The cost for the extra transportation of the damaged packs to the sender and delivery of the new one are will be compleatly charged to our company.

E) Transportation and delivery:
The trasnportation cost is calculated on the basis of the total amount of the purchased goods, according to the following chart:

• €7.50 for orders inside Italy, included Italian islands;
• Cost for shipments in Europa varies depending on the destination;

F) Packing:
Each bottle will be delicated placed inside a special box, realized to provide them maximun resistence during transportation.

If the products get damaged due to a bad handling during transportation, we will re-send them to you, the extras will be on us.

G) Withdrawal:
According to Law 06/09/05 N°206, costumers of “Bel Sapore” have a “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee, and the posibility to return, withount any extra cost, the purchased goods within 10 working days from receipt.

Conditions for withdrawal:

• The returned goods must be substantially compleate;
• The withdrawal right is resereved only to natural people, excluding therefore purchases made by retailers or any other person that buys the articles to re-sell them to a third person;
• The transportation cost will be paid by the client;
• When the goods arrive to the warehouse will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (The integrity of the returned goods is important to exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore, we recommend big care on the packaging, using, for example, the original packaging.

To exercise the withdrawal right, the consumer must send an official letter withnin 10 days from the receipt of the goods.

The consumer must return, covering every cost, the goods included on the withdrawal, substancially completed, within 15 days from the notification by official letter.

According this law, the consumer who has fullfilled all the described obligations will be refunded within 30 days from receipt of the goods covered by the withdrawal right.
